SALSA SOLO ONLINE
Duration: 4 weeks (once a week)
Stuck at home, but really feel like dancing salsa? Now you can take our salsa solo classes online!
You will be able to stream our regular salsa solo class held at Cuba-Norge Dans, making it possible for you to participate from home. We are starting a new choreography from the week starting 21 September, which makes it possible for you to follow the second half of the course round that already started in August. The course will last for four more weeks, and the online access will only be available for live streaming at the time that the class is held. After you sign up you will receive an invitation to a private Facebook stream where you will be able to watch the class and dance from home.
Learning to master freestyle salsa is both entertaining and the best way to attack salsa, learning the basics before starting partner work. In this class you learn to master the different fundamental movements of salsa, by isolating body parts, combining and coordinating dance steps with movements of hips, shoulders, upper-body and arms, together with a variety of salsa rhythms. You don't need a partner and it's a great way to have fun dancing salsa from home!

REGGAETON ONLINE

You will be able to stream our regular reggaetón class held at Cuba-Norge, making it possible for you to participate from home. We are starting a new choreography from the week starting 21 September, which makes it possible for you to follow the second half of the course round that already started in August. Spicy, steamy, and sexy, reggaetón has become the dance of the new generation! This hot, rhythmic dance music with roots in hip-hop, salsa and reggae penetrates the body, making it impossible to stand still. Even Cuban grannies confined to rocking chairs can't help but dance while seated when hearing Reggaetón! It is a good mood booster to help keep spirits up! This dance employs sensual hip and shoulder movements, activating the whole body energetically. Over all, it is a lively, hot dance that increases good humor!
